When you call our
Help
Center at 847-731-0526,
our phone volunteers will interview you for the nature of your
need, your specific request and the information surrounding the
request. You may call the
Help
Center Monday-Friday
from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Voice Mail System is available for after hours
or when volunteers are serving others.
LOVE INC verifies
your information through a church, caseworker, employer, or
whoever best understands the need. Written verification of need
will be required to access the ministries offered through our
churches. This verification can come from someone other than a
family member. Verification can be faxed to 847-731-0703.
WE DETERMINE through a data base which church
resources are available and/or which social services apply. Then
we will connect you with the church resources,
community
resources,
social service
agencies, or government support available for your need.
